Blue Arrows In Google AdSense Ads?

A WebmasterWorld and Google AdSense Help have people noticing a new format for Google AdSense ads. The ads have large blue curved arrows and appear to be showing when viewing AdSense ads on iPads. Here is a picture: I tried to see them myself of my iPad but I cannot see them - at least not on the sites I tried to see them on. Do you see them? Is it just viewable on the iPad?
